The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marx fails to land the takedown.
Marx looks to score with a jab to the body but Neo is just out of range.
Neo wants to clinch up but Marx keeps it at a distance.
A jab from Marx misses.
Neo tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Marx blocks a head kick by Neo.
Neo misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Marx scores with a hook to the body. Neo takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Neo fails in his attempt to clinch.
Marx lands a head shot.
Neo goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

It looks like Mordechai Marx has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A head kick misses from Neo.
Neo pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Marx shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Neo but Neo pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Marx connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Neo tries to clinch but Marx moves out of range.
Marx lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Marx punishes Neo's body with a nice straight punch.
Neo tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Marx paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Marx scores with a hook to the body. Neo takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Neo is breathing heavily.
Marx fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Neo takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Neo lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Marx scores with the left hand. Neo knows he should have avoided that one.

Marx sends Neo crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Marx is motioning to the referee to let Neo up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Neo is rocked!

Marx shoots in for a takedown. He's got it... He's hoisted his opponent over his head and is carrying him over to the other end of the mat. The crowd roars in approval and Marx slams his opponent to the mat. OH, that is naaaaaasty! He's out! Marx lands a punch to his unconscious victim for good measure before the ref has time to call the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Slam). Mordechai Marx!
