Wells's entrance music is Heckone, Dmente& Noux - Y si los sueños caen . A fine choice. Adam Wells has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Adam Wells!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Trevor Breaker!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Richard Clark and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wells fails to land with a series of punches.
Breaker lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Good leg kick by Breaker there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Breaker fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Wells on the side of the head.
Wells throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Wells shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Breaker defends it nicely.
Wells throws a one two combo.


It looks like Trevor Breaker has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Breaker throws a series of punches but Wells avoids them all with ease.
Breaker looks to throw the jab but Wells is out of range.
Wells is looking to score with low kicks.
Wells walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Wells keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Breaker.
Wells swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Wells takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.


It looks like Adam Wells has been cut.
Wells lands with a right hand.

Wells shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Wells was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Breaker tries to hold on but Wells postures up.
Breaker is trying desperately to improve position.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Wells landing strikes from the mount and Breaker is in trouble!
Breaker is in all sorts of trouble here.
Wells trying to control but Breaker is having none of it.
Wells unloads with some shots from mount but Breaker bucks and avoids them well.
Wells knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Breaker on the ground.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Wells misses with a head shot.
Breaker is trying to escape the mount.
Wells controlling his opponent.
Wells's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Wells goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Breaker turns into him and now he's in Wells's guard.
Breaker passes Wells's left leg - he's now in half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Breaker decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
Wells is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Wells connects with a good right hand that stumbles Breaker. Breaker circles away out of range and recomposes himself.


That has opened up Trevor Breaker's cut even more.
Wells scores with the left hand. Breaker knows he should have avoided that one.
Breaker thows a left - swing and a miss!
Wells tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Breaker paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Wells displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Breaker throws out the jab.

Wells is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Breaker's half guard.
Breaker has his hands clasped together around Wells's back. He's all about the action.
Wells trying to control from half guard but Breaker is working away.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Breaker is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Wells landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Wells missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Wells not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Breaker is refusing to be controlled, as Wells sits in half guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Breaker is pressing down on Wells's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Breaker is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Trevor Breaker will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Breaker takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Breaker looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Wells is fending him off so far but Breaker persists. Nope, Wells circles away and we're back to standing.
Breaker fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Wells manages to avoid it.
Wells scores with a jab. Breaker acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Wells takes one to the chin there.

Wells changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Breaker looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Wells throws a strike aimed at the side of Breaker's head but Breaker avoids it well.
Wells landing strikes.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Wells lands a few punches from side control.


Breaker is rocked!
Wells misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Breaker tries to bench press Wells off him but Wells keeps the position.
Wells creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Breaker sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Breaker is breathing heavily.
Wells in side control, throwing shots but Breaker defends.
Breaker takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Breaker wants to control but Wells postures up.
Wells tries to stand but Breaker is controlling his head.
Wells creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Breaker sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Wells swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Breaker.
Breaker takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Wells slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Breaker is still on wobbly legs! Can Wells finish him?


The cut above Trevor Breaker's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Breaker takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Wells lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Breaker falls backwards - clearly groggy! Wells dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:44 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Adam Wells!
