The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
tchai throws a series of punches but Shichinin avoids them all with ease.
tchai shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Shichinin pinned against the cage. Shichinin gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Shichinin has tchai pressed up against the cage in a tight Thai clinch. tchai is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Shichinin - that's hurt tchai badly! Oh, another knee lands and tchai is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but tchai doesn't seem to be complaining.
