Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Derek Boase (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brock Stoner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Derek Boase!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Brock Stoner!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Sam Margolis and James Atkins.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boase throws a leg kick but Stoner checks it.
Stoner keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Derek Boase seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Stoner misses with an uppercut. Boase saw that one coming.
Boase throws a low kick, looking for Stoner's leg but Stoner calmly moves out of range.
Stoner pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A telegraphed right hand from Boase misses the target.

Boase closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Stoner to the mat! Stoner manages to get full guard.

Stoner is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Stoner is looking for a triangle but Boase pushes his legs off easily.
Stoner manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Stoner jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Boase manages to avoid the submission attempt.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Stoner fails with the takedown
and Boase cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Stoner closes the distance and clinches up with Boase, looking for a takedown. Stoner pushes Boase against the ropes but Boase circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Stoner changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Boase looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Boase is not content to let Stoner control the position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Stoner is looking to take a break and control but Boase is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Boase jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Stoner walks away with a smile on his face. Boase gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Boase throws an overhand right that lands on Stoner's shoulder, as Stoner tries to avoid the shot.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Stoner shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Boase tried to score with a low kick but Stoner checks it.

Stoner shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Boase manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Stoner gets to his feet. Boase looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Stoner looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Boase is fending him off so far but Stoner persists. Nope, Boase circles away and we're back to standing.
Boase throws a good cross that connects.
Boase throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Boase lands with a thumping leg kick.
Boase looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Boase jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Stoner leaves Boase with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Boase wants to clinch up but Stoner keeps it at a distance.

Stoner tries to advance to mount but Boase denies him.
