Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Knyto Gruffo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Knyto Gruffo told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jack Johnson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Knyto Gruffo!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, George Francis and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Gruffo sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Gruffo lands a left and a right that send Johnson crashing to the mat, dazed. Gruffo thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Jack Johnson has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Gruffo cracks Johnson with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Gruffo has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Johnson to stand back up!
Johnson is rocked!
Gruffo tries to bum rush Johnson with a series of wild strikes but Johnson uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Gruffo cracks Johnson with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Jack Johnson's cut is getting worse.
Johnson ducks under a wild hook from Gruffo.
Gruffo wants to clinch up but Johnson keeps it at a distance.
Johnson throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Gruffo connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Gruffo tries to clinch up.
Johnson looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Johnson takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Gruffo just misses with a punch to the body.
Gruffo cracks Johnson with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Johnson looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Gruffo finish him?
Jack Johnson's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Johnson takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Johnson is breathing heavily.
Gruffo lands a big right hand that sends Johnson crashing to the mat! Gruffo stays standing though and waves Johnson back to his feet!
Jeez, Jack Johnson's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Jack Johnson's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
