Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Martins Egle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zeke Houk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Houk's choice of entrance music: Hell's Bell's. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Robert Twigg and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Houk misses with a series of wild punches.
Egle goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Houk tries to score a power double leg takedown but Egle sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Houk somewhat.
Egle misses with a hook.
A head kick misses from Houk.
Egle gets a takedown into half guard.
Egle tries to pass to full mount but Houk defends it.
Egle content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.

Houk is in trouble now - Egle has advanced to mount!

Houk in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
Egle lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Houk hang on?
Egle with shots to the head and body - Houk looks very uncomfortable down there.
Egle tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Egle's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Houk is trying to stand up.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Egle with a couple of short strikes.
Egle lands a nice shot to the head.
Houk is trying desperately to improve position.
The referee warns Houk that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
It looks like Zeke Houk has been cut.
Egle pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Egle is landing with some decent strikes but Houk is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Egle lands a big elbow.
Egle lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
That has opened up Zeke Houk's cut even more.

Egle sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Houk is wriggling around trying to escape.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Zeke Houk's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Zeke Houk's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
