The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Excellent takedown into side control there by Jim.
Judo is trying to get back to half guard.

Jim is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Judo has escaped the position, nice work there.

Jim working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Jim looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Judo manages to work his way to half guard, despite Jim's best efforts.

Judo is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Judo has his foot on Jim's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Jim works his way back into a safe position though.

Judo working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Jim doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Jim manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Jim slips nicely into half guard.

Jim is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Judo is just riding it out for now. Jim eventually gives up the hold.

Judo is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Judo is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Jim's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Jim's back!
