Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shane Whitaker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bob Dole (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Whitaker's entrance music is "Through the Fire and Flames" by Dragon Force. A fine choice. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Shane Whitaker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Bob Dole!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Donald Grub and Chris Edwards.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Whitaker fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Dole, pushing him back against the cage.
A nice right hand lands inside from Whitaker.
Dole fails to pull guard.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Whitaker obliges.

Dole looks gassed!

Whitaker lands a takedown into guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Whitaker thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Whitaker drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Whitaker jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Whitaker darts in and clinches Dole up against the cage.

Whitaker is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Dole can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Dole sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Whitaker's guard.

That was a close second round but I would say that Shane Whitaker will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
