The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dalus thows a body kick. Head tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Dalus misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Head fails with the takedown.

Head closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Dalus looks like he's trying to stand up.

Head is working for a submission of some sort.
Dalus tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Head manages to move to mount!
Head with the ground and pound from mount.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Head controlling the position easily from mount.
Head wants to control the pace but Dalus is squirming around nicely.
Dalus really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Head. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Head lands a nice shot to the head.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Dalus is trying to stand but he's just given Head his back.
Head throws a big right hand but he misses and hits the mat. Ouch.

Head connects with a series of strikes and the referee is calling for Dalus to escape the position.

Head misses with punches from the back.
