Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pulp Fiction (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darren Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fiction's entrance music is Mince Meat by Dangerdoom. A fine choice. Smith has chosen Oh Well. as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The crowd cheers as Smith lands an impressive looking overhand right. Fiction doesn't seem phased though.
Fiction scores with a jab to the body.
Smith waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Fiction.
Fiction throws a body punch but Smith moves out of range.
Smith throws a nice looking combination but Fiction bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Smith throws a right hand that Fiction ducks under and follows up with a left that Fiction also avoids with ease.
Smith scores with a jab to the head.
Smith slips under a jab.
Fiction throws the left hand but Smith avoids the punch easily.
A chopping leg kick lands by Fiction.

It looks like Darren Smith has been cut.

Fiction moves out of range as Smith throws a body kick.
Fiction throws the left hand but Smith avoids the punch easily.
Smith throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Smith checks a leg kick nicely.
Smith misses with a series of wild punches.
Smith is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

Smith uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Smith throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Smith fails to land with a series of punches.
Fiction throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Fiction throws a head kick that misses.
Fiction does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Smith connects with a looping right hand.
A jab from Fiction misses.
Fiction fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Smith.

Smith thuds his shin into the meat of Fiction's side.
Fiction with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
A head kick from Fiction lands but Smith takes it in his stride.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Smith lands with a shot to the body.
Smith fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Fiction on the side of the head.
Fiction slips under a jab.

and Smith counters with a nice low kick that buckles Fiction's knee momentarily.
Fiction throws a leg kick that misses.
A swing and a miss from Smith.

and Smith counters with a nice uppercut.
Fiction throws and low kick but Smith moves out of range easily.
Smith tries to bum rush Fiction with a series of wild strikes but Fiction uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Smith misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Fiction just misses with a punch to the body.
Smith swings and misses with a shot to the body

and Fiction counters with a crisp right hand that drops Smith! Fiction lets Smith back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Smith is rocked!

Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Fiction throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Smith is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!
