The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Selleck lands a two punch combo.
Selleck throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Never Faulter.
Selleck swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Selleck lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Never Faulter circles away quickly and effectively.

A decent looking cross lands there for Selleck.
Never Faulter closes the distance and clinches up with Selleck, looking for a takedown. Never Faulter pushes Selleck against the cage but Selleck circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Walter Never Faulter. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Never Faulter shoots in looking for a takedown. Selleck tries to sprawl out of it but Never Faulter keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Selleck manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Dom Selleck seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

That was a close round but I would say that Walter Never Faulter will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Never Faulter postures up in Selleck's guard and throws a big left but Selleck blocks it.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Selleck doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
