Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Andre Oliveira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pale Greeno (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pale Greeno is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oliveira throws a leg kick but Greeno moved away.

Greeno has closed the distance and engaged Oliveira in a clinch.
Oliveira keeps control of Greeno as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Greeno's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Oliveira shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Greeno really wants to buck Oliveira off and get back to his feet.
Oliveira can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Greeno is looking to escape.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Greeno looks to land a combination. Oliveira sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

Greeno shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Oliveira is trying to defend but Greeno finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

and Greeno counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Oliveira has Greeno pulled in close to control his posture.

Oliveira is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Greeno slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Oliveira is trying to maintain the position but Greeno is very close to passing his half guard.

Pale Greeno showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Greeno throws a combination. Oliveira tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Oliveira has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Oliveira is rocked!
Oliveira drops his hands momentarily. Greeno doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Oliveira staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Oliveira doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
