The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silverberg looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Judo is fending him off so far but Silverberg persists. Nope, Judo circles away and we're back to standing.

Judo closes the distance and pushes Silverberg back into the cage.

Silverberg jumps guard.

Judo stands up and waves to Silverberg to follow him.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Silverberg is defended easily by Judo.
Judo tries to close the distance and clinch but Silverberg swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
The fight stays on the outside here - Judo looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Judo wants to clinch up but Silverberg keeps it at a distance.

Judo has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
