Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pervo throws a series of strikes that have Koskelo backpedaling.
Pervo fails with the takedown.

Koskelo scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Koskelo tries to move to full mount but Pervo actually manages to regain half guard.
Koskelo moves nicely into side control.
Pervo is working to avoid the ground and pound but Koskelo connects with a decent elbow.
Pervo is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Koskelo is controlling him well.
Pervo takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Koskelo works to advance to full mount. Pervo defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Pervo is looking to get to half guard.
Koskelo thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.
Pervo keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Koskelo looking to control and managing it successfully.
Koskelo throwing strikes here but Pervo is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Pervo is looking to improve his position but Koskelo isn't that keen on the idea.
Koskelo lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Koskelo looking to control but Pervo is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Koskelo cracks Pervo with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Pervo wants to try and get back to his feet.
Pervo is trying desperately to improve position.
The referee warns Pervo that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Pervo is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Koskelo loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Pervo scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Koskelo land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Koskelo stands and salutes the crowd.
