Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Clinical CPW!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Angry BlackGuy!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Daniel Bishop and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
BlackGuy shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. CPW defends it nicely.
BlackGuy looks for a takedown but CPW sprawls well.
Some wild striking there from CPW.
Clinical CPW seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
CPW fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but BlackGuy is out of range.
CPW just misses with a punch to the body.
BlackGuy shoots in for a takedown but CPW shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Clinical CPW has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Angry BlackGuy.
BlackGuy tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
CPW lands a left and a right that send BlackGuy crashing to the mat, dazed. CPW thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
BlackGuy is rocked!
It looks like Angry BlackGuy has been cut.
CPW throws a nice looking combination but BlackGuy bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
BlackGuy is still on wobbly legs! Can CPW finish him?
CPW circles away from the clinch attempt.
BlackGuy fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but CPW avoids it really well and circles away.
BlackGuy seems to have recovered his senses.
That's one minute gone in the round.
BlackGuy shoots for a takedown but CPW saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
BlackGuy looks gassed!
BlackGuy fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
CPW steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! BlackGuy is out on his feet! CPW sets himself and nearly takes BlackGuy's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
