Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between shawn jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jo Watts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jo Watts will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are George Francis, Cecil Peabody and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
jackson closes the distance and clinches.

Jo Watts seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Watts gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows jackson to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Watts escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. jackson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Watts stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. jackson swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Watts tries to free his leg and advance position but jackson is retaining full guard.
