The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Tarkatan lands a big head kick that sends Manolo tumbling to the mat! Tarkatan takes a step backwards and waves Manolo back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Manolo is rocked!
It looks like Joselito Manolo has been cut.
Tarkatan tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Manolo is still on wobbly legs! Can Tarkatan finish him?
A nice inside leg kick there by Tarkatan. That's going to slow Manolo down.
Manolo seems to have recovered his senses.
Tarkatan moves into range and clinches up with Manolo.

That has opened up Joselito Manolo's cut even more.
Manolo tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Tarkatan drops Manolo with a big knee straight up the middle! Manolo is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!

Tarkatan dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Manolo. That did some damage!
Tarkatan has managed to clinch.

Tarkatan jerks Manolo's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Manolo drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Tarkatan goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Tarkatan because Manolo was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knee). Baraka Tarkatan!
