Freeman comes to the cage accompanied by Can't Tell Me Nothing. Bonjasky has chosen The man with the harmonica as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Freeman lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Bonjasky has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Bonjasky and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Freeman throws a right and a left that both miss.

Bonjasky clinches up against the cage.
Freeman lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Bonjasky or not.
Bonjasky blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Freeman works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

Freeman tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Freeman obliges.

Freeman turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Freeman manages to end up in side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Freeman tries to move into full mount but can't pass Bonjasky's legs.
Bonjasky takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Freeman has knee on belly and moves into mount.
Freeman is in the full mount, landing strikes.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Freeman lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Freeman wants to control the pace but Bonjasky is squirming around nicely.

A big strike lands for Freeman! That's really hurt Bonjasky and he's turned his back - Freeman keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Freeman jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
