Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Poika lands the left hand.
Marksman shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Marksman shoots for a double leg takedown but Poika sprawls well. He's pushed Marksman's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Marksman shoots in but no luck this time.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Marksman throws a right and a left that both miss.
Poika fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

It looks like Jaska Poika has been cut.
Marksman tries to clinch but Poika moves out of range.

Poika throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Marksman lands with an overhand left.
Marksman connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Poika, as that shot connected.
Marksman misses with a series of wild punches.
Jaska Poika seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!
Marksman looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kyle Marksman. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Poika dips to his left and cracks Marksman with an uppercut!
Horrible takedown by Marksman or perhaps it was just good defense by Poika which made him look bad.

Poika bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Marksman's head backwards.

Poika fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Marksman looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Marksman uses his free foot to push down on Poika's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Poika.
