The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ray clinches up with Bufford and pushes him back against the cage.
Ray putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Bufford in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.
Ray lands with a right to the head.
Bufford changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Ray fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Ray misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Bufford.

Bufford shoots for a double leg takedown but Ray sprawls well. He's pushed Bufford's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Ray creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Bufford really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Ray connects with a knee right up the middle there - that's rocked Bufford badly! Bufford tumbles to the floor and Ray stands over him, dominant and satisfied with his glorious KO victory!
