Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jason Bonds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wesley Snow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bonds comes to the cage accompanied by Brantley Gilbert - Kick it in the Sticks. Jason Bonds could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Wesley Snow's chin.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Ian Loll and Yves DeLean.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Snow scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Bonds throws a series of punches but Snow avoids them all with ease.
Bonds has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Snow finds it's way round the side to connect with Bonds's head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Wesley Snow dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Bonds feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Snow working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Bonds doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Snow is tightening it up a little... Bonds has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Bonds reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Bonds taps out! nice BJJ there by Snow!
