PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jasper Gonzales (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Terrell Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davis has chosen Ghetto Soldier as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Davis has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Davis gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Gonzales to score an easy takedown into full guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Davis thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
