Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between David Hasselhof (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Winter Jorge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hasselhof comes to the cage accompanied by Nas - Hate me now. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice body punch from Hasselhof.

Hasselhof scores a takedown into full mount!
Hasselhof avoids the attempt from Jorge to control.
Hasselhof throwing shots from mount but they're not landing.
Jorge is in all sorts of trouble here.
Hasselhof pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jorge is desperately trying to improve his position but Hasselhof has a good base and remains in mount.

Jorge is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hasselhof looking to control but Jorge is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Jorge is looking to get to half guard.
Jorge sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Jorge tries to kick Hasselhof off but Hasselhof keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.

Jorge is refusing to be controlled, as Hasselhof sits in half guard.
Jorge tries to get to full guard but Hasselhof has control of the leg.

Hasselhof wants to take a breather but Jorge is having none of it.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Hasselhof fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Hasselhof will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Hasselhof closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
