Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between John Blue (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antoni Gaudi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Antoni Gaudi!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Richard Clark and James Atkins.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Blue looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Blue looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Blue prevents Gaudi from improving his position.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Blue wants to stand up but Gaudi has a hold of him and won't allow it.
Gaudi is trying to control but can't.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Gaudi cracks Blue with an elbow. That is naaassty.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.

Gaudi cracks Blue with a big right hand but Blue just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Blue gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gaudi perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Gaudi lands a nice short elbow.

Blue has hold of Gaudi's hands but Gaudi slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Gaudi takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Gaudi connects with a nice short shot to Blue's temple.
Gaudi looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Blue with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Blue has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Gaudi can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Gaudi looks to land a combination. Blue sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Gaudi scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Blue doesn't seem bothered though.

Blue tries to score a body lock takedown but Gaudi shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Gaudi has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Blue is trying to keep an underhook but Gaudi manages to get the takedown into half guard.

Gaudi should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Gaudi cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Blue is rocked!

John Blue's cut is getting worse.
Gaudi is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Blue can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Oh Blue is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Jeez, John Blue's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at John Blue's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:01 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Antoni Gaudi!
