Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Quinton Kabanov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Seppo Seppo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Seppo Seppo has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Seppo looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Kabanov closes the distance and clinches.

Kabanov has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Seppo regains guard immediately.

Kabanov got a little sloppy there for a moment and Seppo has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Kabanov has managed to get both his arms back between Seppo's legs - danger averted.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Seppo drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Seppo jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Seppo is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Kabanov is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kabanov manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Kabanov is staying active underneath Seppo, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
