Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between ron mexico (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Rogers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). mexico kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is I want war. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rogers will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

mexico shoots in and bounces Rogers off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Rogers is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Rogers bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in mexico's guard.
mexico pulls Rogers in close to prevent any damage.
mexico tries to land a sweep but no joy.
mexico might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Rogers accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now mexico is on top in guard.
mexico is working Rogers over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

mexico stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Rogers swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Rogers has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but mexico can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Rogers has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think mexico should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Rogers has tightened it up now! mexico should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
