Pereira has chosen Game over as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. On his way into the cage it seems that Emilio Garcia has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Emilio Garcia seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garcia scores with a hook.
Garcia looks to throw the jab but Pereira is out of range.
Pereira looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Garcia leaves Pereira with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Garcia cracks Pereira with an open hand slap.

It looks like Ulysses Pereira has been cut.
Pereira bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Pereira tries to close the distance and clinch up but Garcia swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Pereira fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Emilio Garcia has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ulysses Pereira.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Garcia throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Pereira tumbling to the canvas!

Garcia postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Pereira covers up, he's hurt! Garcia keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Garcia and the ref steps in to end the fight! Garcia can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
