Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bam shoots in for a takedown but Smart shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Smart stuffs the takedown.
Bam shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bam Bam. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Bam looks for a takedown but Smart sprawls well.

Smart bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Smart swings around for an armbar but Bam sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Smart's guard.

Smart pulls Bam in close to his closed guard and prevents Bam from doing any damage or advancing position.

Smart bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Bam's guard.
Bam manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Smart is looking to improve his position but Bam isn't that keen on the idea.

Smart keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Smart is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Bam has control of Smart's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Smart regains control of the situation pretty easily.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Smart is trying to reverse the position but instead Bam has taken his back - oops!

Bam is persistently looking for the submission but Smart is defending it well.

Smart looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.
Bam doesn't have the hooks in and Smart manages to turn into his guard.
Smart wants to control from the top but Bam keeps moving.
Smart is fighting to break Bam's control of his arms but Bam is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Smart stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bam swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Bam is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Smart has his hands clasped together but Bam extends an breaks Smart's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Bam.
