Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Parson Tyler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Finly Darvin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tyler shoots in and drives through. Darvin sprawls well.
Tyler stuffs the takedown.
Finly Darvin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Darvin has closed the distance and engaged Tyler in a clinch.

Parson Tyler has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Finly Darvin.
Tyler is pressed up against the cage. Darvin has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Tyler down to the mat. Tyler avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

and Darvin counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Darvin got a little sloppy there for a moment and Tyler has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Darvin has managed to get both his arms back between Tyler's legs - danger averted.
Tyler is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Darvin drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Darvin jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Darvin sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Tyler's guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Darvin is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Tyler doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Darvin.

Darvin seems to be working for a kimura but Tyler defends the submission attempt.

Darvin is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Tyler still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Tyler has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

Tyler tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tyler is trying to control the action in half guard but Darvin is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Darvin is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Darvin moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Darvin stuffs the takedown.
Darvin keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Tyler tries to clinch but Darvin is having none of it.

Darvin shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Tyler manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Darvin slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Parson Tyler is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Tyler doesn't manage to clinch there - Darvin circles away.
Tyler is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Tyler shoots in for a takedown but Darvin shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
