Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between C G E Warfield (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Taka Tukka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Warfield takes one to the side of the head.
Tukka does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Tukka stuffs the takedown.
Warfield shoots for a takedown but Tukka saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Warfield shoots in but no luck this time.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for C G E Warfield. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Tukka keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Warfield is breathing heavily.
Warfield throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Tukka's waist but Tukka gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Warfield off to one side.
Taka Tukka seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Warfield showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Tukka.
Tukka drives through with a takedown into guard.
Tukka connects with a couple of short punches.
Tukka postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Warfield looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Warfield working for a triangle but Tukka defends it easily.
Tukka trying to move into half guard but instead Warfield has managed to sweep!
Tukka is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Warfield is controlling him.
Tukka has a closed guard, preventing Warfield from standing up.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Tukka doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Warfield prevents Tukka from getting back to his feet.
Tukka looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Jab, jab by Tukka - just one landing.
Tukka scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Warfield tries for a takedown but Tukka circles away easily
and Tukka counters with a stiff right hand.
Tukka cracks Warfield with a good jab.
No joy there for Warfield, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

and Tukka counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Warfield steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Tukka.
Tukka will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Tukka throws out a loose jab but Warfield uses good head movement to avoid it.
Tukka swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Warfield counters by moving into the clinch.
Tukka changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Warfield fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Warfield tries to close the distance and clinch but Tukka swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Tukka missing with a left hand there. Warfield was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

and Tukka counters with a slapping leg kick.
Warfield tries for a takedown but Tukka sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Warfield closes this distance looking for a takedown but Tukka circles away.

Tukka throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Warfield counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Tukka kicks Warfield off and gets back to his feet.
Warfield tries to close the distance and clinch but Tukka swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Tukka throws a leg kick which misses Warfield's front leg but catches the back leg as Warfield tries to avoid it.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Warfield dodges the punch combination from Tukka.

and Tukka connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Warfield is rocked!
Tukka throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Warfield colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Tukka as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Warfield is left battered and dazed whilst Tukka and his camp cheer!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Taka Tukka!
