PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marko Perkovich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Taisuke Masakuni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Perkovich comes to the ring accompanied by Thompson-Čavoglave. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Perkovich pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Perkovich is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Perkovich stuffs the takedown attempt from Masakuni. Masakuni gets slowly back to his feet.
Masakuni connects with a single shot there.
Marko Perkovich seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Perkovich has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Masakuni is working away from the top position though.

Perkovich is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Masakuni is controlling him.

Perkovich uses the ropes to get back to his feet.

Perkovich closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Masakuni to the mat! Masakuni manages to get full guard.
Perkovich wants to stand but Masakuni has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Perkovich drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Perkovich jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

and Masakuni counters with a series of strikes. Perkovich will be more careful next time no doubt.

Oh Perkovich is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Masakuni throws an overhand right that has Perkovich reeling! Masakuni follows up with a more punches and Perkovich is out cold! This one is all over!
