Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Victor De Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Durell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Durell throws out a loose jab but De Santos uses good head movement to avoid it.
Durell throws a right hand that De Santos ducks under and follows up with a left that De Santos also avoids with ease.
De Santos lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

It looks like Michael Durell has been cut.
Durell throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent De Santos stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
De Santos closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
De Santos throws an overhand right that lands on Durell's shoulder, as Durell tries to avoid the shot.
De Santos avoids a punch combination nicely.

Durell stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

De Santos moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

De Santos throws a left that rocks Durell and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! De Santos dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Durell regain composure!

De Santos works to advance to full mount. Durell defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
