The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Niksa connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Coco changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Niksa tries to avoid it but Coco manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Niksa to the ground. Niksa escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Niksa clinches up against the cage.

Niksa works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Coco avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Coco seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Niksa won't allow Coco to sweep him here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Niksa content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.

It looks like Jacco Coco has been cut.
Coco is breathing heavily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Niksa leaves Coco with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Oh Coco is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Niksa throws an uppercut from hell that sends Coco clean off his feet! He's out cold! Niksa stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
