And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Joseph Jones and Bruno Lombardi.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garcia lands with a nice body kick.
McBiggy throws a shot from downtown. Garcia moves away and avoids it.
Garcia throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Leonard Garcia seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Garcia throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by McBiggy.
McBiggy throws a leg kick but Garcia sees it coming and moves out of range.
Garcia throws a solid leg kick but McBiggy takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Garcia.

Garcia lands a big head kick that sends McBiggy tumbling to the mat! Garcia takes a step backwards and waves McBiggy back to his feet - he wants the finish!

McBiggy is rocked!

It looks like Scottyy McBiggy has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Garcia throws the kick towards the body but McBiggy avoids it.
Garcia tries to close the distance and clinch but McBiggy swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
McBiggy chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Garcia can pounce on him.
Garcia on the wrong end of a nice jab.
McBiggy dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Garcia. That did some damage!
Garcia misses with a kick to the body.
Garcia checks the leg kick nicely there.

McBiggy changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Garcia looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

McBiggy wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Garcia, who protects the arm well.
McBiggy is breathing heavily.

McBiggy looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Garcia is looking for a sweep.

That's one minute gone in the round.
You can see the frustration on Garcia's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
McBiggy remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Garcia manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
McBiggy might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Garcia in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. McBiggy tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Garcia!
