Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lucas Lock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Burroughs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Burroughs's choice of entrance music: Superbeast. John Burroughs will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lock avoids the head kick by Burroughs.
The fight stays on the outside here - Burroughs looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Burroughs pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Lock closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Burroughs to the mat! Burroughs manages to get full guard.
Lock stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Burroughs swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Lock drops back looking for a leg! Burroughs is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Burroughs manages to kick Lock off! Lock jumps back into Burroughs's guard.

Burroughs tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.

Lock tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Burroughs is looking to control Lock's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Burroughs avoid being mounted?

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Lock in particular looking to stall.
Lock is pressing down on Burroughs's thigh, looking to free his foot. Burroughs is holding on for now.

Burroughs has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Lock can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
