Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Train (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Takuma Sakazaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Takuma Sakazaki!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Marco Blurström and Arvi Lind.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sakazaki tries to clinch but Train is having none of it.
Train tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Sakazaki swivels and escapes.
Sakazaki throws a sloppy head kick and Train moves out of range easily.

Sakazaki closes the distance and pushes Train back into the cage.
Sakazaki lands a shot to the body.
Sakazaki dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.
Sakazaki misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Train.
Sakazaki tries to land knees in the clinch but Train avoids the damage to the body.
Sakazaki gets underhooks to prevent Train's takedown attempt.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Sakazaki takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Train closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Sakazaki to the mat! Sakazaki manages to get full guard.

Sakazaki misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Train dives in and grabs Sakazaki's left leg, looking for a takedown. Sakazaki pushes down on Train's head and hops out.

Train shoots in and drives through. Sakazaki sprawls well.
Sakazaki throws a nice looking combination but Train bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Sakazaki has taken the fight to the clinch.
Train goes for a takedown attempt but Sakazaki pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Sakazaki is looking to clinch but Train is avoiding it.

Train fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Sakazaki sprawls well initially but Train persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Train thows a huge punch but Sakazaki dodges it nicely.

Train stops Sakazaki from getting back to his feet.

Sakazaki is staying active underneath Train, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Train is looking for a kimura but Sakazaki is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Train to get the leverage.

Train takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Train wants to control but Sakazaki is keeping him busy.
Well, if Train is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Train is working for a kimura but Sakazaki is defending it quite comfortably.

Sakazaki has one foot on Train's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Sakazaki throws a right and a left that Train avoids nicely.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Sakazaki delivers a nice body kick.
Train shoots in for a double leg but Sakazaki sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Train looks for a takedown but Sakazaki sprawls well.
Train blocks a head kick by Sakazaki.
Train fails with an attempt to clinch.
Sakazaki tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Train tries a low kick but Sakazaki avoids it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sakazaki stuffs the takedown.

Sakazaki tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Train paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Train shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Sakazaki's guard.

Sakazaki has his feet on Train's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Sakazaki is breathing heavily.
Sakazaki lands with a kick to the temple. Train shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Sakazaki looks to throw the jab but Train is out of range.
Train circles away from the clinch attempt

and Train counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Train is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Sakazaki can do anything to dispel that myth.
Train pushes down on Sakazaki's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Train is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Sakazaki defends it well.
Train not doing much here.

Train maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Sakazaki could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Train has cracked it and Sakazaki is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Train!
