Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Left hook, right uppercut from Ferreira.
Ferreira with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Ferreira connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Ferreira looks to score with a jab to the body but Lavelle is just out of range.

Ferreira stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lavelle swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Ferreira feints and as Lavelle raises his hands in defense, Ferreira changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Ferreira drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Ferreira jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Ferreira throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Lavelle was covering up waiting for the punch and Ferreira finishes the takedown easily into guard.
