Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Homer Simpson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jayden Fuego (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Wesley Smith and Stewart Dunkirk.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simpson throws a lazy right hand but Fuego sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Fuego closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Simpson looks like he's trying to stand up.
Fuego is trying to control the action in half guard but Simpson is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Simpson is pressing down on Fuego's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Fuego drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Simpson manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Fuego has Simpson in his guard.

Simpson is taking a breather. Fuego says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Simpson stands up and beckons Fuego to join him on the feet.
Simpson connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Fuego momentarily.

Simpson cracks Fuego with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Fuego tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Simpson paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Simpson misses with a straight right.
Simpson digs a good hook to Fuego's body.
Simpson scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Simpson throws a body punch but Fuego moves out of range.
Simpson stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Simpson wants it to stay on the feet.

Fuego avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Simpson misses with a wild combination.
Simpson motions for Fuego to come forward. Simpson throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Fuego shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Simpson missing with a left hand there. Fuego was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Simpson misses with a low kick as Fuego jumps back.
Fuego avoids a punch combination nicely.

Simpson dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Fuego drops his hands momentarily and Simpson takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Fuego ducks right into an uppercut from Simpson .
Simpson throws a leg kick but Fuego moved away.
Simpson looks to throw the jab but Fuego is out of range.
Simpson throws a hook but Fuego avoids it easily.
Fuego shoots in for a takedown but Simpson shows good takedown defense.
Simpson keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Simpson throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Fuego needs to keep his hands up - Simpson had a free shot at his head there.
A jab from Simpson does it's job there.

Simpson lands a hook that stumbles Fuego back into the cage. Simpson follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Fuego to the canvas! Simpson pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Fuego has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
