The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Murdock looks to land a combination but Reed avoids it well.
Reed scores with a spinning back kick!

It looks like Dr Murdock has been cut.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Murdock crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Reed - the referee stops the clock and Murdock gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Reed. Murdock manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

A decent looking body kick lands there for Reed.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Reed! Murdock is out on his feet! Reed rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Murdock is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Murdock is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
