The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mayton swinging wildly here.
Dos Santos avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Mayton tries to close the distance and clinch up but Dos Santos swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Mayton tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Dos Santos moves into range and clinches up with Mayton.
Mayton breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Dos Santos feints and as Mayton raises his hands in defense, Dos Santos changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Dos Santos trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Mayton knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Dos Santos on the ground.
Dos Santos slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Dos Santos working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.
Dos Santos is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Mayton is trying to escape and Dos Santos transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Mayton is forced to tap! Nice work there by Dos Santos! Very nice indeed!
