Vega drops his shoulder and cracks Aquilani with a huge uppercut! Aquilani goes down! Can Vega finish him?

It looks like Alberto Aquilani has been cut.

Aquilani had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Vega defends it easily.
Oh Aquilani is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Vega is working Aquilani over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
