Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Benito Camelas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Timbo Hansson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Benito Camelas has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 26 - 0, fighting out of London, Benito Camelas!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Timbo Hansson!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Andrew Berry and Colin Fotheringham.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Camelas wants to clinch up but Hansson keeps it at a distance.
Hansson thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Camelas if he has to take too many more of those.
Camelas fails to land the takedown.
Hansson throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
No joy there for Hansson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Hansson shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Camelas's guard.
Hansson slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hansson throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Hansson is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hansson loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Hansson accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Camelas knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hansson on the ground.
Hansson is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
I looks like Hansson might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Hansson has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Hansson pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Camelas is keeping the position for now.
Hansson seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Hansson tries to free his leg and advance position but Camelas is retaining full guard.
Camelas is looking to stand up but Hansson isn't so interested in that idea.

Despite being in the dominant position, Timbo Hansson just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Camelas gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Hansson counters by moving into the clinch.

Camelas breaks the clinch.
Hansson slips a jab and a cross from Camelas.
Camelas closes the distance but Hansson moves to the side

and Hansson counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Camelas's guard now.
Camelas is breathing heavily.
Camelas not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Hansson trying to control but Camelas is working from the bottom.
Camelas utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Hansson passes Camelas's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Hansson is figuring out what he wants to do next.

Hansson in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Camelas tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Hansson!
