Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Diego Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Padeiro Chucro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chucro has chosen Bate Forte o Tambor - Banda Carrapicho as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sanchez closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Sanchez is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
A frustrated look appears on Sanchez's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Sanchez tries to pull guard but Chucro holds him up against the cage and eventually Sanchez drops back down to his feet.
Sanchez has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Chucro avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Diego Sanchez. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Chucro throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Sanchez stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Chucro lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Chucro lands a left and a right that send Sanchez crashing to the mat, dazed. Chucro thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Sanchez is rocked!

It looks like Diego Sanchez has been cut.
Chucro fakes the body blow, causing Sanchez to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Sanchez goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
