The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Paulo Santos and Emerson Jorge.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Liddel moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

It looks like Jonas Wenkel has been cut.
Wenkel looks to land a body kick but Liddel moved away.

Liddel closes the distance and pushes Wenkel back into the cage.
Liddel gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Liddel lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Wenkel is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Liddel lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Liddel gets through Wenkel's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Wenkel tries a knee to the head but Liddel blocks it.

Liddel lands a right hand that snaps the head of Wenkel backwards.

That has opened up Jonas Wenkel's cut even more.
Wenkel lands a nice uppercut.
A nice right hand lands inside from Liddel.
Wenkel wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Liddel has him pressed against the cage.

Liddel breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Liddel lands a lovely overhand right.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Liddel lands a body shot.
Liddel's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Liddel duly obliges.
Wenkel looks gassed!
Liddel Rushes Wenkel and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Wenkel is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Liddel Piles on the pressure and Wenkel crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
