The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Buckner misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Horrible takedown by Doido or perhaps it was just good defense by Buckner which made him look bad.
Buckner throws out a powerful jab.
Doido takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Buckner will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Doido shoots for a double leg takedown but Buckner sprawls well. He's pushed Doido's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Doido fails with the takedown.
Matheus Buckner has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mago Doido.
Buckner lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

It looks like Mago Doido has been cut.

Buckner cracks Doido with a right hand to the side of the head.
Buckner throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Doido.
Buckner comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Matheus Buckner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Doido looks gassed!
A punch lands to the side of Doido 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Buckner drops Doido with a beautiful combination! Doido stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Buckner is looking for the KO!
Buckner scores with a jab to the body.
Buckner throws a good cross that connects.
Buckner throws a nice looking combination but Doido bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Buckner rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Doido moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Buckner lands a big uppercut and Doido crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Doido looks OK. Buckner waves Doido back to his feet!

Doido is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
It's a brutal combination of punches from Buckner! Doido is backing up but he can't get away as Buckner lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Doido and ends the fight. Great knockout.
