The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Karskin will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Karskin throws a head kick but Freeman Knuckles moves out of range.
Igor Karskin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Karskin tries to bum rush Freeman Knuckles with a series of wild strikes but Freeman Knuckles uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Karskin shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Karskin was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
