Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Relic Fatu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and ranold mcnabb (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fatu comes to the cage accompanied by Outshined. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fatu scores with a one two! mcnabb had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

It looks like ranold mcnabb has been cut.
Fatu looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

and Fatu counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Fatu dodges the punch combination from mcnabb.
The fighters circling - Fatu throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Fatu clinches up with mcnabb and pushes him back against the cage.

Fatu ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Fatu no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Fatu is looking to stand up but mcnabb isn't so interested in that idea.

mcnabb looking to sit in guard and control but Fatu gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
mcnabb shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Fatu as he jumps to the side.
Fatu misses the shot to the body.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
mcnabb fails with the takedown.
mcnabb wants to clinch but Fatu slips to the side

and Fatu holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Fatu's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Fatu takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
mcnabb swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Fatu counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
mcnabb falls off balance throwing a combination
and Fatu counters with a flying knee. Nice.
ranold mcnabb seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
mcnabb looks gassed!
mcnabb throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Fatu counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
mcnabb should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

and Fatu counters with a right hand to the body.

A right-left combo lands from Fatu.
mcnabb takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Fatu connects with a good right hand that stumbles mcnabb. mcnabb circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

mcnabb moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Fatu lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
mcnabb takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Fatu rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but mcnabb moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
mcnabb throws a left and a right that both miss
and Fatu counters with a nice body shot.

Fatu lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Fatu.

Fatu goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

The cut above ranold mcnabb's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Fatu misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Fatu throws a right hand that mcnabb ducks under and follows up with a left that mcnabb also avoids with ease.
mcnabb is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Fatu.
Fatu throws a combination. mcnabb tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Fatu lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
No joy there for Fatu, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Fatu lands with a straight right. mcnabb didn't see that one coming.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

ranold mcnabb's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
