Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pound swinging wildly here.
Golota throws an overhand right that lands on Pound's shoulder, as Pound tries to avoid the shot.
Golota throws a nice looking combination but Pound bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Pound tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Golota was well out of range. Poor timing from Pound.
Pound tries to bum rush Golota with a series of wild strikes but Golota uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Pound staying out of range there.

Golota clinches up against the cage.
Golota wants to break the clinch but can't.

Golota's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Golota avoids the body shot from Pound.
Golota fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Pound.
Pound throws a sloppy head kick and Golota moves out of range easily.
Golota misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Pound fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Pound closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Pound lands in his opponent's guard.

Pound gets to his feet - Golota follows without any prompting.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Golota breaks from the clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Golota lands a jab-cross combination.
Golota lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

It looks like Ground Pound has been cut.
Pound looks gassed!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Golota is looking to clinch but Pound is avoiding it.
Pound takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Golota dances in with a quick combination. Pound is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Golota snaps Pound's head back. Pound stumbles backwards against the cage. Golota steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Pound's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Pound just didn't come prepared.
