The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Nestor. No joy for Lesnariano on that attempt.
Nestor looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Nestor jabs Lesnariano right on the nose. Lesnariano blinks but takes it well.
Lesnariano shoots in looking for a takedown. Nestor tries to sprawl out of it but Lesnariano keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Nestor manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Lesnariano tries to score a power double leg takedown but Nestor sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Lesnariano somewhat.

Lesnariano shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Nestor defends it nicely.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Nestor lets loose with a powerful body kick. Lesnariano will feel that in the morning.

Lesnariano fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Nestor sprawls well initially but Lesnariano persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Nestor can do anything to dispel that myth.

Lesnariano is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Nestor looks calm but he's in trouble here. Lesnariano gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Nestor is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Lesnariano lets go of the hold and Nestor can pop his arm back in it's socket.
