The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laundoes keeps the fight on the outside.
Laundoes misses with a jab, cross combination.
Laundoes cracks Levens with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Laundoes bucks up and tries to throw Levens off but instead Levens has got his back!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Laundoes throws a lazy right hand but Levens sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Levens tries to close the distance and clinch up but Laundoes swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Laundoes lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Levens ducks under a wild hook from Laundoes.
Levens takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Levens moves into range and clinches up with Laundoes.
Levens tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Laundoes smiles and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Justin Levens. That's going to take a lot out of him.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Justin Levens.
